Eagles Miscue

A report is out stating Eagles coach Andy Reid will start QB Donovan McNabb this week. It also mentions McNabb is still experiencing discomfort and will wear a protective jacket during the game. To play McNabb against an 0-4 Buccaneers team at home is a poor choice. Replacement Kevin Kolb has proven himself to be a more than capable backup, 718 passing yards in his two starts, and could easily lead the Eagles to a victory this week. Also using running back Brian Westbrook for anything more than 10 touches while he continues to recover from an ankle injury is silly. Pitt star LeSean McCoy was drafted in the second round to fill in for the annual Westbrook questionable listing on the IR. Get the win over the terrible Bucs and take one more week to get healthy. 3-1 is 3-1, Eagles, with or without McNabb and Westbrook.
